The objectives of the Center:
Resolution of international trade disputes in an efficient and timely manner.
Provide relevant overlap services in the area of arbitration and keep abreast of all developments and its innovation.

Prepare a generation of qualified Libyan referees who are able to meet the requirements of the arbitration.
